Respect for human rights

Summit Capital Leasing Co., Ltd. will conduct business with integrity and social responsibility and adhere to human rights principles by complying with national laws and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (following key Guiding Principles such as non-discrimination, gender equality, etc.). The Company deems it critical to its values to establish policies and guidelines on human rights to ensure that the Company conducts itself responsibly and transparently, and manages any human rights impact that may arise throughout the Companys value chain.

All employees shall be aware of the importance and respect for human rights in every aspect and with regard to everyone. The Company’s human rights management comprises four key areas: Employees & Work Environment; Business Partners; Customers; and Communities and Environment.

Employee & Work Environment

To promote human rights principles and good labor practices, the Company has established fundamental human resource policies and processes that align with national law and international standards. The Company provides equal opportunities to ensure diversity in employment. The Company also strictly prohibits the employment of children under 18, forced labor and trafficked workers. The Company encourages our business partners, which includes suppliers, contractors, and outsource agencies, to operate in accordance with human rights principles.
